Great Fitness Center

I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness center! It had enough equipment to get a good workout at any time of the day. Not a luxury gym by any means, but definitely one of the nicer ones I’ve seen in hotels.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the valet parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms were exceptional with impressive sleep quality, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a fantastic double shower. While the staff was outstanding, there were a few upkeep issues that could use attention, like some frayed carpets and towels. Overall, my experience was great, and I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Colorado Springs.

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, but I did find it a bit chilly upon arrival. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and enjoying the local vibe. It’s a great value for money, though you might want to bring extra layers if you’re in one of the colder rooms.

We recently stayed at the Mining Exchange and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, which we appreciated. However, we faced some issues with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi that made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being exceptional while others seemed overwhelmed and distracted. Still, the valet team, especially Rick and Jason, really stood out for their outstanding service.
